Thank you so so much for your tips. I really want to try the clay mask, I am thinking of doing it my next wash day and hopefully that will give me back some of my definition. I deep condition once a week and the Manuka and Honey mask is the one that i have been using these last couple of weeks, I agree, its pretty great!
Have you heard about the Max Hydration method, because like you said, I need A Lot of moisture in my hair. I have heard about many diffrent ways to do the method, but it seems everyone makes up diffrent variations of it and im not sure which one to trust. I feel like this method could have a really positive effect with my hair.
Im definitly going to try the clay mask and the hot oil treatments you suggested, Im a little iffy on the protien treatments, just because I have a feeling my hair may be protien sensitive. I will start off slowly with it and maybe do it once a month and if I see improvements then go 2 times a month, I just dont want to create more damage then there already is.
I dont use heat or anything like that on my hair and for the most part my hair has been in buns just out of sight out of mind lol but I can not see myself ever big chopping, Ill just continue transitioning and slowly trimming until its healthy. The rest of my hair is super healthy and its growing; ive worked so hard to get it here, I couldnt chop it all off just because one little section refuses to cooperate :p It does look really good in twists outs and braid outs, so ill just continue rocking those styles until its healthy again. But hopefully the tips that you gave me will help and maybe soon enough ill be able to where wash and gos :))
Thank you so much again
